I'm a Manchester (UK) based Software Engineering Manager who has particular interests in back end development, tooling and infrastructure, although in a professional capacity I've been known to work 'full stack'.

Technology, video games, films, music, maybe politics and anything else I catch myself writing more than two or three tweets/toots about.

I don't really promote this blog, I have automations that post to mastodon automatically (which in turn is duplicated to twitter). There are no analytics or even access log parsing for me to gauge how posts are doing, this is primarily for my own enjoyment and reference. If anyone else finds anything useful, interesting or enjoyable, that's a nice bonus.
